New academies for 2010

GISS announces the opening of two new academies in 2010, at Stoney Creek, Ontario, and in Toronto. September 15 will see the opening of an academy for ages 6-17 male and female in Stoney Creek, Ontario at Players Paradise. September 15 2010 will also see the opening of a GISS academy in the Toronto area. Please call 289 938 1000 for more information, or send us an email.

	GISS Canada already has three players in Europe: Julian Uccello, 22, signed with Rivarolese serie D(Italy), Johnny D'Amato, signed with prestigious Italian club Vado FC, and Mathew Macri, 18yr old Canadian GISS player, signed with Italian team Vicenza Calcio Serie B. Mathew played with Catanzaro last season, and in July 2008 participated in the GISS Italy 18+ tour, from where he was scouted.

Genova International, in conjunction with AS Roma Canada, conducts regular clinics for players between the ages of 6 and 18, and also provides opportunites for players over 18 to travel to Europe to showcase their skills in pre-season Serie A and B games in Italy.
