Soccer players born between 1996 – 1993: take the chance of a lifetime to train and trial with Serie B Team Vicenza Calcio in the Easter School holidays, 17th to 28th April (limited places still available and subject to pre-travel trial).

Last year we took a squad of boys drawn from our campuses worldwide. As a result three boys returned to train and signed with the prestigious Vicenza Calcio team, supported by our Italian residential program for players starting their football careers in Europe. It is exciting to think that we are working with a club which launched the careers of world class players like Roberto Baggio and Paolo Rossi.

Even for the boys who were not selected, their trip remains a memorable and valuable experience, enabling them to play and benchmark themselves against youth players well above the usual standard of play in Australia or Canada. Due to the intensive daily training schedule the boys all showed very marked improvements in skill levels and game play.

Of course for all players it was also a wonderful and mostly new cultural experience, visiting the beautiful city of Vicenza – region of Romeo and Juliet - and then training in the surrounding mountains, well fed in the evenings with Italian cuisine.
