Congratulations to GISS players Antonio Petrolo, 18yrs from Toronto (GISS Canada), and Jacob Boutoubia, 19yrs from Sydney (GISS Australia), who have signed with firsts team of Savona Calcio, top Serie C team in Italy. They have both spent several months in the GISS Italian Residential Program in Ovada in 2012 before being been spotted by Savona.

December 2: Historic Italian club Ascoli has signed three GISS players: Luke Colaianni(GISS Australia), Nick Dal Moro(GISS New Zealand) and Erick Dove(GISS Canada).

Historic Italian club Ascoli Calcio is, in association with Genova Internationl, will hold a Residency program in Ascoli, Italy, March to May, 2013, for 14-18 year old players. The program will provide an opportunity for players to live in a profesisonal footballing environment to learn and experience what it takes to become an elite footballer.
